• Blue bins in the workplace, picked up and replaced on a regular cycle.
• Destruction of one-off volumes of material, such as expired tax records or unneeded archives.
• Data security services, where on-site computer files are duplicated on a regular cycle and a copy is securely archived off-site. This provides the client with a back up, in the case of fire or a major computer system failure.

Because the paper from the blue bins is recycled, more clients are opting to use the blue bins to dispose of all paper waste – confidential and non-confidential. In this way, there is zero risk of confidential documents being placed in the wrong bin and leaving the client’s workplace to be processed through unsecured facilities.
